If you have any customer inquiries, fault reports or complaints, our support team will be happy to assist you. Our team analyses and answers your customer inquiries, develops solutions to problems and takes care of the maintenance of your software. We always try to process your request as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction. Our support team is at your disposal during our regular office hours until 5 pm. In urgent cases we can also be reached beyond these hours.
If you have questions about your software, you can use our support request form or you can quickly open a support ticket in our support system Zendesk via e-mail. One of our employees will contact you immediately and as soon as possible.

We also offer you the possibility to access your system via Go-To-Meeting. These meetings can be recorded and are thus available to the participants afterwards in the form of videos.
